At Digitech, we have exciting work culture and we pay you for some holidays so that time spent on a family vacation doesn’t affect your earnings. Private firms across the nation usually allow eight paid holidays per year but we have created some extra benefits for our employees. Number of paid holidays increases along with your tenure with Digitech.
1 year of employment- 1 week paid vacation
3 years of employment- 2 weeks of paid vacation
5 years of employment- 3 weeks of paid vacation.

We appreciate your presence for us therefore we provide free company accommodation or subsidized accommodation along with a cook and a servant for your complete comfort.

Yes! We provide trainees with a dedicated supervisor and instructor to prepare them for the competitive professional environment. Training with Digitech means, no briefings to accelerate your training tenure rather every trainee works on the live projects. Through practical training, we build your confidence as a budding professional and you work in real professional environment.

How many days you work?
We are following six days work culture yet but we are focusing on flexible work culture in the near future. Lined up for implementation of four days work culture we are currently practicing non-working alternate Saturdays.

Do we have flexible timings?
Currently, we are not following flexible timings work culture but we are into the process of implementation of the same.

Do you offer pick n’ drop facility?
